Bands/Bassist |
 |
| |
From 1990-2006, Steve worked as Music Director/bassist/lead and backing vocalist for a Cruise Ship in the Caribbean Sea. During this time his 4-piece band provided all the entertainment on board, meaning he had to cover every style from standard pop/rock formats to all aspects of Jazz, Latin and Caribbean music. In doing so he had the opportunity to meet and work with some of the top names in music. He played Jazz with Chick Corea, Rock with Billy Sheehan, Latin music with Johnny LaBoreal and Amanda Miguel, Pop/R&B with 70s diva Maxine Nightingale, and Caribbean music with some of the top entertainers on the islands. As a bassist/vocalist, Steve has performed for hundreds of thousands of people and appeared on radio and TV. |

Currently, in addition to his own original music projects, Steven is free-lancing with a number of jazz combos, from female singer/guitar duets to traditional bass/drums/keys combos and more and is open to other such ventures. |

Texas Holdem |
 |
| |
Steve's main band is "Texas Holdem". Working with Mike "Wailin' Weldon" Osborn, amazing blues/rock guitarist, they have created a variety of classic rock-oriented groups, centered around Mike's incredible Stevie Ray Vaughan Tribute Show. In addition to this, the band also has a strictly 60s repertoire ("That 60s Band") as well as a Top 40/Classic Rock group ("Decades"). Texas Holdem has been featured on local Classic Rock station "The Bone" (107.7FM) and performed at the Brewfest in San Mateo and other festivals and fairs in the greater Bay Area. |
